Gaming Weekend: Card Games Asia And Armageddon Gaming Festival 2015

Last Weekend was a busy week for all of us at Dueller's Point!

We had two concurrent events running at both Suntec Convention Hall and the Atrium at Funan IT Mall, Card Games Asia and Armageddon Gaming Festival.

Besides promoting Magic: The Gathering, we brought a variety of party games as well!

Thanks to the opportunity given to us by the event organizers, we are able to showcase our games and also help to dispel the myth that gaming is an 'unhealthy' activity.

Gaming helps to foster family bonding, promotes critical thinking and provides endless hours to fun and activity!

Hopefully through more events like these, we will be able to promote gaming to more people and helping them make new friends in the process!

FTV: Angels Modern Event

We also held our FTV Angels modern event last Sunday at Suntec Convention Hall in conjunction with Card Games Asia as well! A total of 48 planeswalkers attended the event with 6 rounds of swiss being played.Unexpectedly this time, there was a good number of non-meta decks that was played.

 

A couple of mono green stompy, puresteel storm decks was being played in this event.

After 6 gruelling rounds, we have our 8 final planeswalker fighting for the ultimate prize: A Foil Vendilion Clique and FTV: Angels

Top 8 playoffs about to start...

After another round of playoffs, we have our final 4 winners for the event.

Congratulations on Patrick Roy on winning our FTV Angels Event, with Alex finishing a close second!

 

 

We also have Sunnie Lie winning third Position and Wu Yusien getting fourth!

 

 

 

A special shoutout to Wanda from Armagedddon Gaming and Darren from Nexus Ark for having us in both of their events!

 

I would also like to thank all those whom have participated in our events this week, hope that all of you have enjoyed playing as much as we have enjoyed organizing them!
